I am slowly swaying once again toward feminine dresses and shapes (spring has that cursed effect on me). I saw this dress in Dorothy Perkins during the week and sort of swooned a little. Kitschy and nauseatingly girly, but knowingly so, I think...however, I'd wear it with runners to avoid any Zooey Deschanel kinda crap.
The cat-eyes, of course, are a seasonal prerequisite.
