Is it just me or do you find when left alone in the house for more than 10 minutes, you turn certifiably insane? You're talking to yourself, you're singing to the dog, and the sandwiches you make? Forget about it. You'd never make a sandwich like this if there were witnesses.
You clear out the fridge and two cupboards making this thing. It's a foot high and requires support. it's not so much a sandwich as it is a vessel to showcase your entire library of luncheon meats, Christmas leftovers and your exotic condiment collection. The only thing that tops this is the smoothy you make when your eyes turn to the hitherto neglected blender, quivering with fear in the corner.
