i'm simply a silly girl that loves books and movies and loving on people and smiling all the time and being super excited about silly things. i'm pretty nuts, but i'm not really if you take the time to get to know my heart, and i'm striving relentlessly to make my life completely His. i am hopelessly broken, but it does not stop me from wanting to become whole in my beautiful Jesus.

three quotes defining my life at the moment:
"i will love you if i never see you again, and I will love you if i see you next tuesday." -lemony snicket
"everything in my life comes alive as i lift You higher." -hillsong united
"if flowers can grow through blankets of melting snow, there is hope for me." -tyler knott gregson
---------------------------------------- -------------
"being tender and open is beautiful. as a woman, I feel continually shhh'ed. too sensitive. too mushy. too wishy washy. blah blah. don't let someone steal your tenderness. don't allow the coldness and fear of others to tarnish your perfectly vulnerable beating heart. nothing is more powerful than allowing yourself to truly be affected by things. whether it's a song, a stranger, a mountain, a rain drop, a tea kettle, an article, a sentence, a footstep, feel it all – look around you. all of this is for you. take it and have gratitude. give it and feel love." -zooey deschanel
"you're going to discover that conversations are best at 4 am. the heavier the eyelids, the sincerer the words. those are the talks you'll remember. it's ok not to know the answer and silence is not awkward. it's shared, so share it more often than not." jeff stuckel
"it is all about falling in love with yourself and sharing that love with someone who appreciates you, rather than looking for love to compensate for a self love deficit." -eartha kitt
"there were things I wanted to tell him. but I knew they would hurt him. so i buried them, and let them hurt me." -jonathan safran foer
"because there's nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline no matter how many times it is sent away." -sarah kay
"i believe a strong woman may be stronger than a man, particularly if she happens to have love in her heart. i guess a loving woman is indestructible." - john steinbeck
"god is within her; she will not fall." - psalm 46:5
"jesus replied: "love the lord your god with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. this is the first and greatest commandment. and the second is like it: love your neighbor as yourself." -matthew 22:37-39
"the lord will fight for you. you need only be still." - exodus 14:14
"tell her something true when all she's known are lies. tell her god loves her. tell her about forgiveness, the possibility of freedom. tell her she was made to dance in white dresses. all these things are true." -to write love on her arms
"there is nothing wrong with loving the crap out of everything. negative people find their walls. no. never apologize for your enthusiasm. never. ever. never." ryan adams
