Dulé Hill couldn’t have seen this one coming when he got hitched.
The Psych celebrity filed for a legal separation from actress girlfriend Nicole Lyn, citing irreconcilable distinctions of the cause for why things didn’t work out.
The pair’s official date of separation is indexed as July 21-11 days after their eighth wedding anniversary-in court contracts submitted Nov. 6 and acquired by E! News.
Hill, who’s perhaps most famous for playing presidential aide Charlie Young on The West Wing for 7 years, filed his petition utilizing his complete initial name, Karim Dulé Hill.
Lyn had a returning part as an intern on The West Wing before she married Hill, and she had a visitor place on Psych in 2007 in addition to appearances on The L Keyword and the short-lived Welcome to the Captain.
Hill, 37, and Lyn, 34, didn’t have any children together and this became the 1st marriage for both.
The seventh season of Psych premieres on USA in February.
