Features Emmy | threesisterstrucking.com

SL: The distribution has a bad reputation because it must often play so well, but dramas such as ‘The Good Wife’ show that you can do well. I just re-watch the previous scenes of ‘Lost’ this week, which ended two years ago, and the series was great, and the spread, you can certainly do. I have not watched the new drivers, but I hope there is something that will tell me in a unique way.JW: No argument there. There are too many good things there for Emmy recognition. The glass is really half full – more than half full, to be sure.

JW: I’m not sure whether to take the approach half empty or half full for the past television season. There were several beautiful series launches in both broadcast and cable, so that my DVR would still be too full, but I’m starting to feel marked by the number of new projects, in particular the transmission appeared to be dead or almost dead on arrival.

SL: It ‘s really a great variety of riches. And I would add in the fiction of mixing quality as ‘Southland’ and even ‘luck’, which obviously has not done much of his first, and ultimately only season. My problem, as Emmy, is that there simply is not enough time in the day to see everything, and I have to be selective. What helped a bit ‘, in this scenario, is that I cut reality more watching my diet. For the first time since the first season, I stopped watching ‘American Idol’ reality and non-athletes.

JW: I would also like to take this opportunity to highlight the best show that has flown under the radar completely in 2011-12. Chemical and light-hearted humor that ‘Bent’ generated does not appear often. Although public issues during NBC make it difficult to launch a show – and God knows ratings for ‘Bent’ were broken – the peacock must know when to give a little more leash.

JW: A transmission up to its potential – but not in the way I expected – was ‘New Girl’. I thought there was a strong rider, but soon the fear that Zooey Deschanel would be too weird to make you want to look at the long term. You can see all begins to feed each other, and the show has evolved accordingly. In fact, I would say that the key to this success has been the creative show development of the relationship between Schmidt and Cece . They were both strong and soft.

JW: The drama competition, of course, be crazy competitive this year. There are 2,011 candidates Empire ‘Mad Men,’ Boardwalk ‘,’ ‘Dexter,’ ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Good Wife’ and the return of his breaking Emmy ‘Breaking Bad’ mini-series and last year’s winner is was competing drama ‘Downton Abbey.’ This is the first to reach top-notch dramas such as ‘Justified’ and perhaps the most talked about newcomers ‘Homeland.

SL: I totally agree. Deschanel ‘adorkableness’ – and I hope that will be the last time we use this term – is a great way to go in the pilot, but the show would never happen on the basis of this concept alone Like every great show. a strong distribution support is essential for the continuous display. While ‘New Girl’ was probably the only new show I blocked transmission through the year, my plate was filled with a series of streaming. ‘Parks and Recreation’, ‘The Big Bang Theory’ and ‘Modern Family’ made me laugh, week after week, and ‘The Good Wife’ I do not think ‘Parenthood’ is enough respect when it comes to solid drama

SL: Sometimes it is the provision of support that really stick with me. I’m sure it will be ignored, but both Kevin Dunn and Jason Gedrick work as degenerate ‘lucky’ players was charming, and the testosterone-fueled lords of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ are not always given enough credit they deserve.

Finally, the role of leaders who will clear his eye Emmy, Claire Danes was spectacular as a CIA agent on the verge of self-destruction ‘Homeland.’
