Fashion forward stars including Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and Kanye West turned out to support designer Tommy Hilfiger at the opening of his new flagship store in Los Angeles on Wednesday (13Feb13).
The launch of the shop on West Hollywood’s Robertson Boulevard attracted a star-studded crowd and the afterparty at the nearby Soho House venue included performances from Guns N’ Roses rocker Axl Rose and soul star Alicia Keys.
The singer performed her hit track Empire State of Mine and changed the words to make the tune a tribute to Los Angeles instead of New York.
Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz co-hosted the afterparty, along with actresses Jessica Alba and Zooey Deschanel, as well as Hilfiger’s wife Dee.
