500 Days of Summer is a movie you probably like. I FUCKING HATE IT. Well maybe not that vehemently, but I sure dislike it.
I mean you’re probably saying, what’s not to like? Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, a little bit of comedy, a little bit of romance and a lot of indie music.
Usually you would be right. However, It’s just not for me. I hate this movie because I am a bitter human being. How in the world do you go from seeing Zooey Deschanel to then all of a sudden dating the smokeshow that is Minka Kelly? So unrealistic!
Yes, I know that’s a dumb reason for hating a perfectly acceptable film. But don’t forget 500 Days of Summer is the reason my ears have been polluted with this crap.
