After Twerking during her debut last week, the blonde bombshell walked the red carpet Tuesday night at Us Weekly’s Most Stylish New Yorkers Party in New York City.

And it’s rather clear McCarthy left her bra at home, along with any and all inhibitions. Perhaps inspired by Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball,” the beauty gave photographers plenty to gawk at with the following dress.
