Addison is telling her therapist how she watches Sam stay up all night to care for Corinne, as Violet and Scott are still boning but Scott (guest star Stephen Amell) runs off as soon as they are done. Cooper and Mason (guest star Griffin Gluck) are arguing over Star Wars DVDs as Erica (guest star A.J. Langer) drops her hot coffee all over herself. Sam is making breakfast for Corrine (guest star Anika Noni Rose) and cancels his day so they can spend it together.
At the office, Sam tells Addison he needs time off to help Corrine get back to normal. Addison tells Dr. Hot (guest star Benjamin Bratt) she wants to finish their earlier conversation but Dr. Hot says he was done. Addison tells a pregnant mom that her baby boy is suffering from a diaphragmatic hernia. Surgery may save her son but kill his sister or both babies.
Pete tells Violet that he's going to take Lucas out later and she offers to come along. Addison tells the team about her patient and Dr. Hot says it's too dangerous to perform fetal surgery.
Corrine tells Sheldon that she may slide back only to disappoint Sam…again. Violet asks Dr. Hot about his views on casual sex and mentions knowing about Fiji. Dr. Hot walks off burnt that Addison told on him.
Dani (guest star Ashley Jones) and her pregnant wife Laurel (guest star Tina Holmes) explain to Violet that they don't agree about fertility options. Dani wants surgery but Laurel says it's her body, so her call. But it's Dani's eggs. Dani walks out saying she'll never forget that Laurel chose to give up on one of their babies.
Addison confronts Violet about telling Dr. Hot about Fiji. Violent says she needed a guy's opinion about casual sex. Cooper yells at Charlotte and refuses her offer for a night nurse to care for Erica. After Pete and Violet get home with Lucas, Violet asks Pete to stay for a while so he does. Later, it's two a.m. and Corrine is outside going a bit manic about the stars…Addison and Sam try to calm her down. But Corrine doesn't want to go back inside.
The next morning Sam denies Corrine isn't doing better. Sheldon finally confronts Amelia about being high again but she announces she's 20 weeks pregnant. She says it's Ryan's baby as she cries that she doesn't know what to do. Sheldon suggests talking to Addison but she wanted a baby so bad and now Amelia is pregnant. Laurel confesses to Addison that Dani left and she wants to know about the surgery.
Scott stops by for a quickey but Violet makes an excuse and Scott is pissed off and leaves. Corrine shows up at the office to bring Addison and the team lunch. Sam's upset that Corinne took off on him. She starts yelling that she's fine. Sheldon wants to talk but Sam rushes the angry Corrine out the door.
Before surgery, Dani begs Addison to see Laurel but she's already prepped and in the operating room. Laurel's freaking out until she sees that Dani. Cooper talks to Violet about Mason struggling as he's still mad at Charlotte but Violet reminds him that she's trying so get over it. Dr. Hot is called into surgery to help Addison with Laurel's twins as she finds more trouble with the healthy twin. At home Corinne continues to rage as she can't find her notebook. She starts to come at Sam and as they struggle Corrine goes flying through the glass sliding door!
At the hospital, Sheldon shows up to try to help Corrine who is covered in glass cuts. They sedate her. Laurel wakes up and Addison explains the surgery went well and their babies are fine. Violet goes to talk to Pete about trying to work things out and he is willing to try again. Cooper takes the night off to tell his wife she's everything to him so they smush! Sheldon apologizes to Amelia for being rude and he's there for her.
Addison tells Dr. Hot thanks for coming when she called, and he says she was amazing in there. He tells her that he could move in, have a baby, as he could be in love with her. But she's not ready for what he has to offer as she is still pining for another. She says she could get ready…and he says that would be nice! Bone already gez these two…
Sheldon explains to Sam that Corinne needs in-patient care and Sam isn't willing to give up on her again. He goes to see Corinne but she's still mumbling about seeing the stars as she falls asleep. Addison tells her therapist that she wants someone who will love her all the way…and is it too early to drink?
Private Practice returns with her new episodes beginning March 15 at 10/9c on ABC.
