Lamorne Morris Dishes on his Role on the Hit TV Series "New Girl ... Mar 29th 2012, 18:59 3/29/2012 2:59 PM Lamorne Morris, known for his role as Winston on the new hit TV series, New Girl caught up with StarCam's Jennifer Tapiero at A Night at Sardi's. His character on New Girl is definitely someone that Lamorne likes and can relate to. He enjoys how normal Winston is, saying "There's nothing extreme about him…There was initially. He has this huge competitive streak and then he tones down and eases more into real life, so I feel like that character has some longevity. I feel like he can do anything once you make him an open, wide-range guy, so I like him." The cast is getting ready to film the last two episodes of their first season.
