Britney Spears' fiance Jason Trawick is now officially the singer's newest conservator. The judge in her conservatorship case just signed off on giving him legal power to govern Britney's affairs. Britney's dad and conservator Jamie Spears filed the petition earlier this month, asking the court to add Jason as a co-conservator. As co-conservator, Jason is now empowered to help decide how Britney will earn and spend her money, including the $15 million deal she's about to sign with "X Factor."
Lindsay Lohan knows she's right for the role of Elizabeth Taylor in the new movie "Liz & Dick," and doesn't really care what Rosie O'Donnell thinks about it. O'Donnell was on the "Today" on Tuesday (April 24), and said Lohan isn't "capable" of the role and that "she needs a lot of help." When Donny Deutsch suggested that Lohan is "our generation's Elizabeth Taylor," O'Donnell responded with, "You're out of your mind! You're a crackhead! The last thing she did good she was 16." Lohan's publicist tells E! News, "I think Rosie should focus on her own career and stop worrying about everyone else's." Yesterday Lindsay's mother Dina came to her defense. Dina refers to "Prairie Home Companion", "Bobby", and "Georgia Rule" as examples of good movies Lindsay has done recently.
Speaking of Lindsay, Dot Marie Jones, who plays Coach Beiste on Glee, tweeted yesterday, "Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things. Not cool! I'd rather be an hour early than 5 minutes late!" Dot didn't say who was late, but it was Lindsay Lohan was back on set Wednesday for reaction shots when the kids sing on the show. It is said her tardiness did not hold up production.

MTV is making a few changes to their annual Movie Awards that are being held in June. There are five new categories including Best Music, Best On-Screen Transformation and Best On-Screen Dirt Bag. The network hopes the changes will allow for a broader array of nominees that don't necessarily represent the biggest summer blockbusters. (like all Twilight winners or all Harry Potter winners) A panel of directors will also crown the winner of a new Breakthrough Performance award.
Photos of Octomom Nadya Suleman's home have triggered a police and child services investigation into allegations that her 14 kids are living in filth and are being grossly neglected. Suleman's hairstylist, Stephanie, (who gets paid $520 to cut Octo's hair) went to La Habra, Calif. cops Tuesday afternoon and filed a formal complaint. A La Habra officer and three people from the Orange County Department of Children and Family Services went to Suleman's house Tuesday night to investigate. One photo shows two children going to the bathroom in portable training toilets in the backyard. Another photo shows Suleman locked her kids in the bedroom by propping a chair against the door so they couldn't get out. One photo shows some of the kids in the backyard, barefoot, dirty and wearing no pants. Authorities stayed at Suleman's home Tuesday night for an hour-and-a-half, and determined the kids were not in danger. There will, however, be follow-up with Children's Services.
Gladys Knight may have lost out on winning the mirror ball trophy on Dancing With The Stars, but she also lost something else…sixty pounds! She says she started eating Freshology food before the show started. Her typical diet while on the show? "A power bar, a protein drink and some fruit. And I hydrate, hydrate, hydrate." "Tristan [MacManus] had to make me eat," she says. Gladys shares how she plans to keep the pounds off: "I'm going to keep Tristan; he can come over and work me out!"
Bobby Brown has copped a plea deal with prosecutors and won't face any additional jail time for his DUI arrest last month. The singer plead "no contest" Wednesday to one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. In exchange, prosecutors dropped the DUI charge. Bobby was sentenced to 36 months of summary probation and one day in county jail which he already served after his arrest. He must also complete a 90-day alcohol program.
Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley's family is growing. The couple, already parents to 3-year-old adopted daughter, Naleigh, have welcomed a second little girl. No other details are available at this time. The couple says they wanted to adopt children first before having biological children.
