AWEsome singer, savvy business lady, and talented actress Zooey Deschanel secured a Golden Globes nomination for her portrayal of confuzzled, 30-something sweetheart Jess in FOX show New Girl…
And Zooey was SO excited about the honor, she shouted her enthusiasm from the rooftops! Or at least, she did the modern day, virtual equivalent!

And while New Girl was beaten out by the likes of HBO's Girls and CBS' The Big Bang Theory in Best Comedy/Musical Television series, we totally think the entire show deserves a Golden nod!
Ah well, perhaps next year, guys! Your chemistry, the clever writing, and the candid nature of New Girl warms our heart every week!
