New illustration I’ve finished will be shown in Gallery 1988 in LA, starting January 15th. They partnered with the site Hello Giggles (Founded by actress Zooey Deschanel, producer Sophia Rossi and writer Molly McAleer) to put together many artists to show support for female young adult characters from these book series: Babysitter’s Club, Nancy Drew, or Sweet Valley High. While I’d never read any of these series growing up, I couldn’t resist depicting the sleuth, Nancy Drew!
