childishThey got the looks. They got the TV shows and/or movies. And they got the musical prowess!

God, what do they not do? Here's a list of the modern Frank Sinatra's, Tom Waits', David Bowie's, and Tupac's who we think have got it big when it comes to studio time and screen time. Don't worry, no Glee people in here. Digest this double serving. It's good for you and your iPods.â€"HITGIRL

Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino
Screen Time: Community, Comedy Central Special: Weirdo
Studio Time: His latest album, Camp, came out in mid-November. Listen to "Heartbeat" and "Bonfire."
Verdict: AAAHHH COMMUNITY ON MARCH 15!!!!! We need more Spanish and Christmas raps from this guy.

Drake
Screen Time: Degrassi, Ice Age: Continental Drift
Studio Time: Admit it. Take Care is one of the best albums that came out last year.
Verdict: I actually think it'd be cool to see him acting again. Just for fun.

Ryan Gosling
Screen Time: Blue Valentine, Drive, The Ides of March
Studio Time: He's in a band called Dead Man's Bones with Zach Shields, and they're planning to release a new album soon. Please, please, please listen to how lovely he sounds in "Pa Pa Power."
Verdict: Perfect guy.

Charlotte Gainsbourg
Screen Time: The Science of Sleep, Melancholia
Studio Time: Charlotte Gainsbourg: Stage Whisper is a collection of unreleased tracks and live songs. One of her best since 2010′s IRM.
Verdict: About time we do a repeat cover girl, ya think?

Michael Pitt
Screen Time: Boardwalk Empire
Studio Time: He sang and played guitar in his band, Pagoda.
Verdict: Okay, fine, his role got killed off in Boardwalk Empire, and his music career is good as dead. But I'm just amazed with how he looks so much like Kurt Cobain in this video.

Scarlett Johansson
Screen Time: Iron Man 2, We Bought A Zoo, The Avengers
Studio Time: First album was a fail. Her second album with Pete Yorn wasn't so bad.
Verdict: Sue me. I like this song.

Johnny Depp
Screen Time: Edward Scissorhands, Alice in Wonderland, The Rum Diary, Dark Shadows
Studio Time: He paired up with Vanessa Paradis for "Ballade de Melody Nelson" early last year.
Verdict: He may not be young like the rest in this list, but he still kills it on the guitar. He did play slide guitar on Oasis' "Fade In-Out," played acoustic guitar in Chocolat and Once Upon a Time in Mexico anyway. He was part of P, with Butthole Surfers singer, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist, and Sex Pistols guitarist.

She and Him
Screen Time: (500) Days of Summer, New Girl
Studio Time: There may not be any news of a new album from Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, but they do collaborate together for a song in M. Ward's new album, A Wasteland Companion.
Verdict: Zooey Deschanel. Obviously. Duh.

Kid CuDi
Screen Time: How To Make It In America
Studio Time: WZRD's got some crazy rock magic going on in his new album.
Verdict: A song he made for Jamie, his girlfriend. Aww.

Andy Samberg
Screen Time: Saturday Night Live, Friends With Benefits, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, Celeste and Jesse Forever
Studio Time: His band, The Lonely Island, parodies songs. And they're really funny.
Verdict: The Lonely Island with Julian Casablancas in this video. Period.

Jim Sturgess
Screen Time: Across The Universe, Heartless, One Day, Upside Down
Studio Time: He's in a band called Tragic Toys and he's got a dreamy voice.
Verdict: Ryan Gosling who?

Jared Leto
Screen Time: Fight Club, Girl Interrupted, Requiem for a Dream
Studio Time: Come on. 30 Seconds To Mars is one of the best pop rock bands our time.
Verdict: Another no-brainer.
