I have been so behind on my blogging, and I blame it on a co-worker who recently lent me a hard drive full of movies and tv shows which have eaten up majority of my free time. In the process, said co-worker and I shared a special moment as amongst the contents of said hard drive I also discovered a heap of porn. Like an accidental queef, the moment was both hilarious and awkward at the same time. Not judging of course, whilst listening to the usual denials of ownership I was secretly transferring said porn onto my own computer.

Anyway, because of my unrelenting girl crush on Zooey Deschanel, I have developed a very sad addiction to the tv show The New Girl, which was one of the goodies offered on this magical hard drive. The New Girl has taken over my life. Every chance I get I'm watching episodes back to back and dreading the day I have exhausted the wholes series and start to feel lost with my life. Like I said, it's a very sad addiction. And though I'm yet to witness any evidence of it so far, somehow a ridiculous element of the show will seep its way into my real life. Always happens when I get into a show. Sons of Anarchy awakened some kind of facial hair fixation in me and since then I have not allowed my husband to shave. Once Upon A Time is another one that has wasted away the last few weeks and I've recently decided I'm naming my next kid Snow. Game of Thrones has unleashed some kind of inner nerd in my husband who is now actively investing in a sword. Sex and the City made me a bitch, and since How I Met Your Mother a heap of my single male friends have actually been attempting scenes from Barney's Playbook (which hasn't worked, in case you're wondering.) So maybe Zooey's ability to turn me may one day actually happen?
