& it was still hot.: Are You a Quirkyalone?
Feb 23rd 2012, 04:43

Around seven minutes ago, I found this blog called Quirkyalone. Reading the word made me think, wow, that's me! So I clicked on it and started perusing. The definition of the word quirkyalone is as follows:
"Quirkyalone: n. adj. a person who enjoys being single (but is not opposed to being in a relationship) and prefers being single to dating for the sake of dating. It's a mindset. Quirkyalone is not anti-love. It is pro-love. It is not anti-dating. It is anti-compulsory dating." Haha, how odd! And then there was a quiz to determine whether I am quirky, alone, quirkyalone, or normal. I took the quiz and I scored an 88. That means this:
"How quirkyalone are you?
Your score was 88. Very quirkyalone:
Relatives may give you quizzical looks, and so may friends, but you know in your heart of hearts that you are following your inner voice. Though you may not be romancing a single person, you are romancing the world. Celebrate your freedom on National Quirkyalone Day, February 14th!"

That's so weird! Who makes up this stuff! I wanna take the quiz again another day, in a couple months, and see if I'm still quirkyalone! I really like that word now...

Ooh, and even better, on the front page of the site is a video called "Bein' Quirky With Zooey Deschanel." She's my absolute favoritee(:

This site is so cute!

Mister Ising called me narrow yesterday. I forgot about it until just now, remembering that he called me quirky before.
I was going upstairs, and he was behind me. I didn't know it was him until I turned around. So naturally, I said, "Hey, Mister Ising!" To which he replied, "Hey, Face! You're really narrow." To which I responded, "I am aware." To which he replied, "I want to be narrow." To which I replied, "You are narrow, Mister Ising." To which he responded, "Not that narrow. You're like this!" At this point, he is holding his hands out in front of him, signifying how narrow I am. I told him not to be that narrow, because that would be weird, and that he should leave the narrow to me. Weirdo.

Aaaaaand, a longish time ago, Boy had a dream. In that dream, there was a quote. That quote was, "Cornmeal mixes with cornmeal and symbolizes the coming of friendship." We thought it was the weirdest thing ever and have no idea what it means. Well, last night, I had a quote dream, too! Now I feel that we're twins and such. Here's my quote. "Big things don't have seats and things with faces all taste the same." My sleeping mind is so odd. And that's just the way I like it.
