With her luscious raven hair and blunt bangs, it's no surprise that New Girl actress Zooey Deschanel is Pantene's newest spokesperson. "Anyone who knows me knows that I'm really into hair," the quirky singer says. "I'm a real girly girl and love doing my hair and experimenting with different styles." Zooey is also a part of Pantene's Beautiful Lengths campaign, which encourages women to cut and donate their hair to turn into wigs for cancer patients. "Being a 'Pantene girl' has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid," she says.

Heartthrob actor Jon Hamm is the master of the sharp-cut suit (and the hard sell) as alluring ad-exec Don Draper on Mad Men, but the Missouri native and Golden Globe award winner is also known for his perfect, every-hair-in-place coif. So how do you re-create Mr. Draper's ruler-straight 'do? "Come into hair and makeup, and they will load [your hair] up with about three pounds of hair spray and gel, and it won't move," explains the ruggedly handsome thespian, who adds, "It is locked down. Crispy."
