If you haven't seen Max Greenfield—aka "Schmidt" from Zooey Deschanel's New Girl—spin, you need to watch his workout video. And then, if you live anywhere in the vicinity of Los Angeles (and have an hour and $100 to spare), you need to sign up to ride with him at SoulCycle in West Hollywood.
Schmidt loves working out on the show, but judging by the video, it's not all an act–he pretty much nails every impression of a spin instructor, and seems like he actually knows his way around his climbs and sprints. We wish we could come join him this Sunday (proceeds from his 2 and 3pm classes are going towards Milk + Bookies, a non-profit that helps kids donate books to other kids–which makes us love Greenfield and Soulcycle even more)–until someone finds a way to teleport us there, we're just going to watch this video again and sign up for a class on Sunday at the gym.
