Jukebox of Steel: "Feelin'" - The La's

The first time I saw the Gap commercial featuring Scarlett Johansson, Ashton Kutcher, Zooey Deschanel and Jay Hernandez in bright black & white, delightfully riding around on bicycles on a city street.  This song was playing in the background, and it fit perfectly.

The next time I saw the commercial, the hotties were there, but the song was replaced by some light, muzak-like instrumental.  And I never heard the La's song in the commercial again.  What happened?  Was it a legal thing?  Did the Gap bigwigs think the song was distracting potential shoppers away from the hotties and their clothes?  Still can't find the answer on the internet.  You can find the original version of the commercial though.  I'll take it.
